Video: Lessons from a Life of Courage: Gary Littrell’s Early Struggles and Enduring Values
Medal of Honor Recipient Command Sergeant Major Gary L. Littrell had the privilege of speaking to students at Branson High School in Branson, Missouri, sharing his personal journey from a challenging childhood to a life of military service and extraordinary courage. Through his experiences, Gary introduced students to the six core values of The Integrity Path—Courage, Commitment, Sacrifice, Integrity, Citizenship, and Patriotism. His message emphasized that our beginnings do not determine our future and that the choices we make, the challenges we overcome, and the values we live by ultimately shape the people we become. His story serves as a powerful reminder that character is built through adversity and that every young person has the ability to make a positive difference.
