Founder's Message

As the founder of The Integrity Path Foundation, I am honored and humbled to see our mission grow with every step. The students we meet are the heart of why we do this work, they represent the future of our country. That’s why we focus on instilling in them the six core values that shaped my life and the lives of so many: Courage, Sacrifice, Patriotism, Citizenship, Integrity, and Commitment. These values are more than just words, they are the foundation of leadership and service. By sharing our stories with students, we help them see that these values are not just ideals, but practical tools for overcoming challenges, standing up for what’s right, and serving something greater than themselves.

I am grateful to everyone who has supported this mission. Together, we are building a future guided by honor, integrity, and service.

As we look ahead, I know the work is not done. Each time we meet with students, I am reminded of the importance of our mission. It’s not just about inspiring the next generation, it’s about preparing them to lead with courage and character in a world that needs both more than ever.

I invite you to join us in supporting The Integrity Path. Together we can reach more students, expand our programs, and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

With sincere appreciation,

CSM Gary Littrell, US Army (Ret.)

Leadership and Advocacy

Peter Seitz had dedicated his life to service first in uniform and later through steadfast

advocacy for veterans and their families. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army,

Seitz’s career reflects decades of leadership, aviation expertise, and commitment to community.

Seitz began his military journey in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1971 to 1976 as

a CH-46 helicopter pilot. During this formative period, he developed the operational discipline

and leadership foundation that would define his career. After leaving active duty, he continued

his service with the California Army National Guard, where he served from 1979 until his

retirement in 2001. While in the Guard, Seitz held a range of increasingly senior leadership roles.

He flew UH-1H helicopters, commanded reconnaissance and aviation units, and served as an

Executive Officer and Troop Commander with the 1-18th Cavalry Squadron. His expertise

eventually led him to positions of strategic responsibility, including California State Aviation

Operations Officer and Commander at Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos. Over the course

of his career, he earned numerous military decorations, including the Legion of Merit and the

Meritorious Service Medal, reflecting sustained excellence and leadership. Following retirement

from the military, Seitz transitioned into the civilian sector, working in sales management,

marketing, and strategic planning. However, his commitment to service never waned. He became

deeply involved in veteran advocacy, serving in leadership roles with organizations such as

Heroes Linked, the Veterans Legal Institute, and the Association of the United States Army.

Today, Peter “Pete” Seitz is widely respected as a veteran leader and community advocate whose

lifelong dedication continues to strengthen support systems for service members, veterans, and

their families.

Our Vision

Inspire and Empower Today’s Youth Through Stories of
Courage, Resilience, and Leadership

Empower K–12 and college-aged youth, including those in juvenile detention centers and youth court programs through powerful, real-life stories of perseverance, courage, and honor.

This initiative is led by Command Sergeant Major Gary Littrell, a Medal of Honor recipient and Army Ranger Hall of Fame inductee, who has spent decades speaking to over 200,000 students, veterans, and communities across the country. His message centers on the six core values that guided him through combat and life: duty, honor, integrity, courage, commitment, and selfless service. From walking the streets of Los Angeles homeless at age 15 to becoming one of our nation’s most decorated heroes, CSM Littrell's journey offers unmatched inspiration and hope.

Suzanne Littrell is a veteran stuntwoman, Hall-of-Fame volleyball player, and national champion surfer who broke through the glass ceiling of sports before Title IX leveled the playing field. Her journey is marked by determination, strength, and a refusal to quit.

In addition to her groundbreaking achievements in sports and film, Suzanne speaks openly about being the target of cyberbullying. She shares how embracing core values such as integrity, courage, perseverance, and respect helped her rise above the attacks and stay true to herself.

Together, Gary and Suzanne Littrell bring authentic, life-changing guidance to youth, especially those in need of hope, direction, and a reminder of their own worth and potential.
